VIMELAST HYBRID (Roof Sealant)

Hybrid elastomeric roof sealant with heat insulating properties

Sophisticated elastomeric, water-soluble coating that creates an elastic watertight membrane with traffic resistance for passable roofs. It does not create a sticky surface and is not affected by stagnant water. It is characterized by a high reflectivity to solar radiation and a high heat emission coefficient, so that it is classified as cold-heat-insulating paints.

Polyurethane water-soluble roof sealant

It is applied to all substrates (concrete, mosaic, cement slabs, marble, ceramic tiles) as a first waterproofing as well as for the restoration of existing acrylic or polyurethane coatings. Ensures long-term protection of polyurethane insulations. It offers passability (high mechanical strength), resistance to time and stagnant water and bridging cracks 1.0-1.5 mm wide (excellent elasticity).

Transparent silicone water repellent coating with solvents

It deeply impregnates the porous substrate and offers long-lasting water repellency, without creating a surface film. It is indicated for applications on visible masonry, unpainted plaster, visible concrete, natural or artificial stone linings, unglazed tiles. It is also offered for waterproofing tile joints. Prevents scale and frost damage occurring on wet surfaces.
